I opened the box to wrap it for a birthday present. I noticed a battery rolling around in the box. So the battery compartment door was half way opened and i noticed that a battery was missing so i put the battery back in the toy and i got a screwdriver and tried to put the battery compartment door back on but the screw wouldnt tighten down. So i asked my husband if he could get the compartment door back on and he could not. You can turn the screw but it keeps on turning. I didnt put any pressure on the screw cause i didnt want to strip the screw. Didnt matter cause it was already stripped. Very Disappointed!!!

I personally didnt care for this laugh & learn toy. It is small, and I dont like that the back of the mailbox is open. The kids would get frustrated with things falling out. Although I did not care for it the kids did play with it and the age range was large (1 year-4 years)

Our ten month old had lots to choose from on Christmas morning with being the youngest on both sides of the family but this is the one gift she kept reaching for and laughing and playing with. Highly recommend!!!
